  • Mash banana with milk and apply it on face . Leave it for 20 minutes and rinse with cold water for glowing skin.
  • Make a face mask of curd and cucumber juice and apply it at least once a week. This willrejuvenate the skin.
  • Make a paste of red sandal wood and apply it on the face every day for glowing healthy skin.
  • Make a paste with red sandal powder and coconut milk and apply on the face for soft skin. A healthy massage with coconut milk and a pinch of turmeric powder before a hot water bath also helps in curing skin problems.
  • Boil cabbage in water and let the water cool overnight. Wash your face with this water early in the morning.
  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water every day.
  • Mix honey in water and drink daily in the morning to keep your skin shiny and smooth.
  • Mix sandalwood powder with rose water and add 4 to 5 drops of milk in it and apply on to your face and body. Shower after 15 minutes with warm water.
  • Hot water blushes your skin and you don't feel fresh unless you have bath with little cold water. If you have shower for a longtime, dead skin will be automatically be removed. Do not rub with towel, be gentle on your skin.
  • Grate carrot and boil. Massage that mixture to body to get fair and smooth skin.
  • Mix turmeric and cream on the top of milk, massage that mixture to body.

  • Grind rose petals and mix with cream on the top of milk and apply to your body. Shower after 10 minutes.




Tips for Smooth Arms and Legs
  • Rub lime juice over the discolored area and leave for 15-20 minutes. Soak a towel in hot water and scrub firmly. Repeat this for 2 weeks. This is effective for smooth and beautiful arms and legs
  • Mix half teaspoon of lime juice with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Apply and wash in the same way with a hot towel. Repeat this everyday for beautiful arms and legs.
  • Take 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1 teaspoon of any oil. Massage between both palms for a minute and rinse after 10 minutes.
  • Take 1 teaspoon of sugar along with 1 teaspoon of limejuice and rub between palms for a minute or two and wash after 10-15 minutes. This will smooth your palms
  • Add corn flour to hot water and soak hands and feet in it for 5-10 minutes before sleep.
  • Make a paste out of roasted onion by smashing it. Apply this paste on cracked heels and wash after 20 minutes. Continue this for one month and you will see the difference.
  • After a bath massage Mustard oil well into hands and feet when your body is still moist. Wash with water and pat with a towel to dry. This will smooth your hands and feets
  • Add half teaspoon Vinegar to half a cup of curd. Massage feet and ankles well with this mix and wash after five minutes.
  • Mix Candle wax with Mustard oil and heat. Now apply this gently on the cracked areas of the heels. Wear socks over this, leave overnight and wash in the morning. This is an effective remedy to cure cracked feet
